Service Description
I work exclusively with HD frontals. Please bring an HD lace frontal to your appointment or contact me in advance if you’d like us to provide one.
Cancellation Policy
To maintain a high-quality and smooth experience for all clients, please kindly review the following salon policies: Booking: To secure your appointment, valid card details are required at the time of booking. Please note that the card is not charged in advance and is used only to secure your slot. Payment is made on the day of your appointment via CASH or TWINT. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time to respect all scheduled appointments. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After this, a CHF 30 late fee will be applied. In some cases, the appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled. Cancellations: • Up to 48 hours before: Free of charge • Within 48–24 hours: 50% of the service cost • Within 24 hours / No-show: 100% of the service cost Appointments are reserved exclusively for you and last-minute cancellations cannot always be rebooked. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please inform us as early as possible. Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 25% fee, which will be credited toward your new booking. Hair Preparation: Please arrive with your hair washed, blow-dried and product-free, unless otherwise agreed. This allows us to start your service on time and ensures the best results. Hair & Custom Orders: Hair ordered specifically for your appointment (custom length, color or texture) requires advance payment and is non-refundable.
