Cancellation Policy

To maintain exceptional service for each of our clients, we kindly ask you to review our salon policies: Booking Deposit: To secure your appointment, a 30% deposit of the service cost is required at the time of booking, payable via credit card or TWINT. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill and helps us prepare for your visit. Deposits are non-refundable if the notice requirements for changes are not met. Late Arrivals: To respect the time of all our clients, please arrive promptly. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a fee of 30 CHF will be added to your total. This allows us to maintain our schedule and avoid disruptions for other appointments. Cancellations: * Up to 48 Hours Prior: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your appointment are free of charge. * Within 48–24 Hours: If you need to cancel within 48 to 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% fee of the service cost will apply. * Within 24 Hours or No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours, as well as missed appointments, will incur a full charge of the service cost. Rescheduling: We understand that schedules change! If you need to reschedule, please inform us as soon as possible. When rescheduling within 48 hours of your original appointment, a 25% fee will apply, which will be deducted from your final bill at your new appointment. This allows flexibility while ensuring our stylists’ time is respected. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
